Version 1.0 | October 13, 2026

1. Purpose

Just Diesel collects and maintains factual information about diesel fuel availability to help drivers locate fuel suitable for their needs.

This information may include station locations, fuel types, biodiesel blends, prices, availability, and observation dates.

2. Firsthand observations

Just Diesel may collect factual station information through direct observation by its operators or voluntary submissions from community members.

These observations may include:

• Station names, addresses, and geographic coordinates.

• Fuel types and blends displayed at the pump.

• Posted fuel prices.

• Fuel availability and changes.

• Dates and times of observation.

Information obtained directly through firsthand observation is distinguished from information imported from external sources.

3. Data ownership and permitted use

Just Diesel may store, analyze, display, correct, and commercially use factual observations collected directly by its operators.

Community-submitted factual observations may be used for these purposes subject to the permissions granted by contributors through the app's submission terms.

This policy does not claim ownership of independently existing facts, third-party databases, trademarks, photographs, or copyrighted materials.

4. Source attribution

Every station, fuel claim, and price observation must retain its source information.

Where multiple sources support the same information, Just Diesel will preserve and display appropriate attribution to each source.

Anonymous community observations will be attributed to Just Diesel Community.

5. Verification and accuracy

Just Diesel distinguishes between reported information and information supported by additional verification.

Community reports may be reviewed, disputed, corrected, or superseded by newer observations.

Historical observations will be retained for accountability and data-quality analysis.

6. External data

Information originating from third-party databases, websites, or commercial providers must undergo a separate licensing and commercial-use review before incorporation into Just Diesel.

Approval of firsthand observations does not authorize the importation of external datasets.

7. Driver responsibility

Just Diesel provides information to assist drivers in locating diesel fuel.

Fuel types, blends, prices, and availability may change or be reported incorrectly.

Drivers must verify pump labeling and fuel compatibility with their vehicles before fueling.

8. Privacy

Just Diesel is designed around the principle:

No account. No profile. No location history.

Location information may be used temporarily to locate nearby stations or support on-site verification. Precise user location history is not required to maintain station records.

Station coordinates are stored independently of contributor location histories.
