Urgan AG Solutions and Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County are transforming landscapes across Southern California that otherwise would be difficult or often impossible to utilize for significant farming. They have come up with the solutions urban areas need for sustainable food in the middle of our crowded cities and they are pioneering a new solution for a nutrition first process of quality direct food for the food banks.
